End-of-line packaging solutions company Lachenmeier will show visitors its new twin stretch hood pallet wrapping technology at AUSPACK 2017.

Lachenmeier will be running live demos of the Multi FleX1 stretch hooder at the show, and will also showcase its pallet wrapping solutions.

The company's focus will be on solutions that represent an alternative to conventional stretch wrapping.

Through a combination of machine and film knowledge, Lachenmeier can now offer competitive solutions by reducing overall film costs without compromising on the required load stability.

Another way is to remove excess primary and secondary packaging material while saving money on the total packaging costs.

Stretch hood, in comparison to stretch wrap, provides improved stability, and enables users to reduce the packaging costs compared to other wrapping technologies. It provides a waterproof load, offers higher capacities, and a range of different wrapping patterns such as adding a sleeve in the middle of the load, or a reinforcement at the bottom.

Lachenmeier is represented in Australia by Bliss & Reels. You can see live demos of the stretch hooder at stand 466 at Auspack.
