Proseal has a range of new technologies that maximise speed and efficiency in food packing.

Proseal’s tray sealer range comprises both semi-automatic and automatic models, with sealing speeds of up to 210 packs per minute achieved through new technologies.

At Auspack at stand 420, Proseal will showcase technical enhancements such as E-Seal, Pro-Motion and I-Film, which it says deliver energy savings and increased throughput.

E-seal can deliver high-quality seals while achieving a 92 per cent reduction in energy usage, according to Proseal.

Pro-Motion uses following motion and intelligent buffering technology to enable trays to feed continuously into the sealer without stopping, providing a 30 per cent increase in production throughput.

I-Film stores the film settings for individual trays in the tray sealer’s memory to ensure the accurate positioning of pre-printed film after every tool change.
