The flexible packaging machine can package personal care products of different sizes, varying shapes and weights into a variety of case sizes in various configurations at high speed.

It has been designed to pack product into the erected cartons in the correct orientation and carton format.

Products are horizontally packed into the erected carton by multiple pushers, and loaded cartons are automatically glued before exiting the machine.

What made the design unique is the clever balance between size, weight, energy saving and the high level of flexibility required.

The design is based on continuous motion to achieve the high throughput requirements of 50 cases per minute.
