Perfect Automation has partnered with Thanh Phu, manufacturer of recyclable flexible plastic packaging solutions, for its fully accredited recyclable pouches, which will be on show at AUSPACK 2022 (stand B070).

Made possible with Thanh Phu’s Vexoflex technology, as well as the structure of the pouch, the pouches meet strict testing criteria, ticking all the important boxes according to Perfect Automation, including real-life sample validation reporting to ensure that recycling streams can indeed capture these pouches for complete recycling.

Moving away from multi-laminated films, the Vexoflex mono-PE-based film allows for the entire package to be recyclable, while not affecting impact barrier protection for dried, chilled and frozen foods.

“You aren’t even limited to pouch style, whether your requirements are for zipper closure, side gusset, flat-bottom or stand-up, we’ve got you covered,” Perfect Automation says.

“The sustainable roadmap by 2025 for the Australian market is achievable with Thanh Phu’s cost-effective solution, which has been proven and already embraced by major brands in America and Europe.

“Thanh Phu is dedicated to sustainable packaging and upholds the responsibility for real positive environmental change.”

Thanh Phu will be exhibiting with Perfect Automation at this year’s AUSPACK. Perfect Automation will be running the 100 per cent recyclable pouches on its Leepack Pouch Machine on stand B070.
