Jet Technologies is hosting live demonstrations of its Ilpra cup filling and sealing machinery on stand D100 at AUSPACK.

The Ilpra Fill Seal 5000 is designed for juices, dips, yoghurt, pestos, soups, sauces and honey, and will be in operation on the Jet Technologies stand. The FS5000 has an eight-station rotary table, can fill up to 5000 pieces per hour, and is constructed of stainless steel to make it suitable for a variety of environments and laboratories.

Optional add-ons include an additional dosing device, snap-on lids for positioning aroma-tight plastic lids, the Dosatronic version with automatic adjustment of the dosing unit, and stirrers for the hopper.

According to Daniel Malki, general manager at Jet Technologies, the Ilpra fill and seal range is aimed at satisfying different production requirements, from small output to high production, using fully automatic machines that are compatible with die-cut or roll fed lidding.

“Supermarkets are demanding new products each and every year, and food manufacturers now need to find ways to innovate. However, with a fixed production profile this can be difficult.

“The Ilpra filling machine range is the next step towards achieving a flexible future-proofed technology with the speed to produce efficiently,” he says.

Private demonstrations of the FS5000 are also available.
