The Australian Pouch Company (Auspouch) is featuring its key partners on stand G060 at Auspack this year, in the fields of food processing, filling, and handling.

With its thirty years in the flexible packaging industry, Auspack has developed key partnerships in food manufacturing, processing and filling technology as well as end-of-line automation for food and non-food applications, the company says.

These partners include Gualapack, spouted pouch technology specialists, who will announce a new, faster eight-head filler plus other packaging innovations; end-of-line automation experts GPI, who have a range of case packing and palletising solutions, wrap-around machines, forming units and AGVs; Martini SRL, known for vertical form fill and seal solutions for pasta, who will exhibit the Unica700 VFFS machine that can create five different pack styles from reel stock; and Plexpack Corporation, which manufactures flexible packaging solutions including Emplex bag and pouch sealers, vacuum sealers, and Damark shrink wrap and bundling systems.

According to Auspouch, its focus is on providing quality functional solutions to packaging needs.

Family-owned chocolate maker, Haigh’s Chocolates, has opened its new $120 million production, warehouse and online fulfilment facility in South Australia, enabling the company to almost double its chocolate production.

Sydney Brewery says its acquisition of the brewing assets and long-term lease of the White Bay Brewing site in Rozelle, Sydney, will give the brewery capacity to launch new product lines and expand its bar presence.

Lark Distilling Co. has appointed Four Pillars Gin co-founder, Stuart Gregor, as its new managing director and CEO, taking effect from 1 January 2026. He will succeed Satya (Sash) Sharma, who is stepping down after being in the role since May 2023.
