The conference will focus on packaging and technology issues affecting the beverage sector, with sessions covering sustainable packaging innovations, recycled content, container deposit schemes, recycling and regulations, labelling, materials developments, and packaging design trends.

Three AIP representatives will take part in panel discussions: Prof Pierre Pienaar FAIP, CPPL; Devaki Rajendran MAIP; and Nerida Kelton FAIP.

The event will take place at the World Trade Centre in Metro Manila, Pasay City, in Seminar Room B, with arrival from 1.15pm and sessions from 1.30pm to 4.00pm.

According to the organisers, the conference is intended as an industry forum addressing policy, technology and sustainable packaging within the beverage sector.
