easyamends has officially launched, offering FMCG, pharmaceutical and retail brands a purpose-built platform to manage packaging artwork amendments and approvals.

The platform gives packaging, artwork and new product development teams a visible, accountable workflow from initial upload to an approved, print-ready file, without requiring an in-house artwork team.

Users can upload artwork, mark up changes and track each job through the amendment and approval process.

Founder Rhiannon Mauala has close to 30 years’ experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical and retail packaging artwork and print production. She developed easyamends over six years to address a bottleneck she had repeatedly encountered across brands of all sizes.

“Most packaging delays aren’t caused by designers; they’re caused by poor communication and slow approvals. We built easyamends to fix both,” Mauala said.

The platform uses a fully tracked, six-step process: upload, mark-up, artwork amendment, internal quality assurance, client approval and download.

Two turnaround options are available: a 24-hour express service and a standard service of up to three days. Every job is independently quality-checked before being submitted to the client for approval.

easyamends is now available to FMCG, pharmaceutical and retail packaging teams in Australia, with expansion into the UK, New Zealand and Southeast Asia planned over the coming year.

An AI-powered compliance checker is also in development as the platform’s first major post-launch feature. It will compare amended artwork with a brand’s compliance data using automated text extraction and visual checks.

The livestock cycle is about to do something Global AgriTrends' Simon Quilty has never seen before, and the consequences run well past the saleyard. Several of the world’s major cattle producing countries are rebuilding at the same time, Australia is entering its own rebuild, and the sheep flock has already passed its tipping point. For anyone whose raw material is an animal, the next three years are the tight part of the cycle.
