Beauty packaging manufacturer Quadpack has redesigned its Wanderer dropper tube with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) pipette, offering greater transparency and a premium aesthetic for prestige brands.

The Wanderer dropper tube, designed for liquid products such as oils, serums, and boosters, features Quadpack’s flow-control disc, which allows for precise drop-by-drop dispensing. The new PET pipette replaces the previous polypropylene (PP) version, with strict dimensional control ensuring compatibility with the flow-control system. According to Quadpack, the transparency of PET enhances product visibility as drops move through the pipette.

Alejandra Isern, category specialist at Quadpack, said, “Wanderer is an efficient solution in an intuitive pack. Our system gives consumers precise control over liquid formula dosage within a tube, eliminating the need for complex dispensing mechanisms that complicate production, slow down assembly and logistics, and drive up costs.”

The Wanderer Divine dropper tube offers options for single or multi-layer formats, complete with an EVOH protective barrier. It’s also sustainability-conscious, with the ability to include post-consumer recycled (PCR) material – up to 100 per cent in the cap and 50 per cent in certain tube layers.

Quadpack is working on new pipette designs and flow-control discs to accommodate a wider range of liquid formulations, expanding the possibilities for the Wanderer range.
