Aperol, part of Campari Group, is introducing a refreshed bottle design, with the glass bottle produced by Verrallia and O-I and labels produced by MCC and Eurostampa, as the brand updates its packaging while keeping the beverage unchanged.
The glass bottle and label design were developed by Design Bridge and Partners. The new format features rippled glass around the shoulder to highlight the orange liquid, alongside a more refined silhouette influenced by Italian architecture.
The front label has been reduced in size to place greater emphasis on the liquid, while a transparent back label includes serving guidance for the Aperol Spritz. An embossed monogram referencing the Barbieri brothers, who created Aperol in 1919, has also been added to each bottle.
Andrea Neri, managing director House of Aperitifs, said, “This new bottle is a celebration of what has always defined Aperol. It reflects our Italian roots while bringing a more contemporary expression to an icon enjoyed around the world. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the Aperol experience and reaffirm the brand’s place at the heart of modern Aperitivo culture.”
The updated bottle will be available in Australian retail stores and online from July 2026.
